Detail Itinerary

Day 1
Pick up upon arrival and transfer to Kathmandu Hotel

Our airport representative will welcome you at Tribhuvan International airport, Kathmandu and s/he will be displaying a Nepal Hiking Himalaya signboard outside the airport terminal. You will be then transferred to your respective hotel in our private tourist vehicle. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 2
Explore the heritage sites, temples and monastery’s of Kathmandu.

Today, you will have a sightseeing trip in the morning. We offer a private vehicle and professional tour guide. We visit Bhaktapur Durbar Square, which is a collection of pagoda and shikhara – style temples grouped around a fifty-five-window palace of brick and wood. The main attractions of the Bhaktapur are Durbar Square, the Lion gate, the Golden gate, the Palace of fifty five windows, art galleries, the statue of King Bhupatindra Malla. Then, we visit Boudhanath Stupa, one of the biggest Buddhist monasteries in the world, where we observe Buddhist monks in prayer in the monasteries. After that we visit Pashupatinath, the most well-known Hindu temple in the country, located on the banks of the holy Bagmati River.

Day 3
Fly to Lukla and Trek to Phakding 2660 meters

An early morning start takes us to Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu for the 35 minute picturesque flight to Tenzing and Hillary Airport at Lukla at 2804meters. We begin our trek towards Phakding at 2610meters. After that, you will get to observe beautiful Sherpa settlement Choplung. The trail goes on by the side of the Dudh Koshi valley before climbing to Ghat (2530m). Then, track climbs tenderly once more about an hour to final destination Phakding where we spend a night

Day 4
Trek to Namche Bazar – 3450 meters

On the way, from Phakding, today we can have a scene of an arresting pine forest, all along Dudh Koshi River crossing numerous suspension bridges through Sherpa villages Benkar, Chimoa, Monjo and Jorsole. National Park permit check spot with the peaceful view of Mt. Thamserku (6618 m). The lane continues throughout the Dudh Koshi riverbed to the meeting point of Bhote Koshi and Dudh Koshi Rivers. Now, the trail climbs slowly crossing high Tenzing- Hilary suspension bridge. On the way, stimulating glimpse of Mt. Everest right up next Nuptse- Lhotse edge will be spotted. Mounting for 3 hours, the magnificent pine forest will end reaching a prosperous trading and administrative village Namche Bazar. We stay this night in hotel.

Day 5
Acclimatisation day – Explore Hotel Everest View and back

We will spend a day here in order to become accustomed and adjust to the thinning of the air, as well as a short trek where a museum is celebrating the traditional customs of the Sherpa people. Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS) and health experts advise to hold at least one extra night. There is a day tour where one can visit Sagarmatha (Everest) National park on the small hill where we can look at a range of things related to the first Everest climbers, Sherpa culture and learn about the various plants and animal life of the Everest region. After that we can take entertaining acclimatization side trip to large traditional Sherpa village Khumjung with the view of Thamserku, Khaantaiga, Ama Dablam, Mt, Everest aqnd many more. In the evening, we return back to Namche Bazar for overnight

Day 6
Trek to Tengboche Monastry – 3860 meters and 6 hours walk

From Namche Bazaar he trek continues along the rushing glacial waters of the Dudh Koshi with wonderful views of the mountains. We trek to an altitude of 3860 meters today. The fairly flat way will take us today to view wonderful landscape of Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam and close up view of Thamserku, Khangtaiga. The path continues and we can observe wild lives like musk deer (a herd of Himalayan Thar) colorful pheasant (Danphe, National bird). Then the path slopes down to Dudh Koshi River where series of picturesque water driven prayer wheels. Cross suspension bridge over Dudh Koshi River a steep climb through pine and juniper forest, walk about 2 hours bring you to Tenboche. With the background of Ama Dablam, Nupte, Mt. Everest and many more peaks, the famous Gomba, Tengboche Monastery can be spotted.

Day 7
Trek to Dingboche – 4290 meters – 6 hours walk

Today, the trail drops to Debuche, crosses another exhilarating suspension bridge on the Imja Khola, and climbs to Pangboche amongst thousands of Mani stones. We can see gigantic view of Ama Dablam and the track lines up to the upstream closer to Imja River quite pleasant up toward Imja valley. The trail at present show the way us to Dingboche the last Sherpa settlement with the stunning terraced field enveloped by stone wall to avoid barley, buckwheat and potatoes from the cold wind and grazing animals. We stay at hotel at night.

Day 8
Rest day means explore around

Today, we trek to Dingboche. Dingboche is a fascinating jumble of small fields encircled by stone walls shielding the crops of barley and potatoes from the chilly winds. It is occupied mainly through the monsoon months, when big numbers of yaks are made to graze in the valley meadow. At the back of the lodge, the massive rock looks of Taweche look as if we are moving towards the heaven. Chukkung is another sensible option. The sights are unbelievable in this valley; the soaring south face of Lhotse to the north, Island Peak in the core of the valley and the fluted ice walls of nameless peaks is lined up in the southern end of the valley.

Day 9
Trek to Lobuche – 4910 meters – 6 hours walk

On this day, we come up the small point behind the village above Pheriche Valley. At the top, Taweche and Cholatse (6440m) strikes us with its image which seems to slope frontward from across the valley in the west. To the north, Lobuche Peak (6119m) and the snowfields of Cho La is prominent. The walking is now by and large flat on wide-open fields, but make sure that you are well hydrated. Then, we cross the Khumbu Khola at Dughla (4620m) and take a light lunch at the foot of the huge terminal moraines of Khumbu Glacier. The incredible view of Pumori (7145m) and, across the border in Tibet, Changtse (7550m), are seen at the top of the valley at the same time Everest disappears behind the gigantic walls of Nuptse and Lhotse.

Day 10
Trek to Gorekhsheep and continue to Everest Base Camp (5364m) and back Goreksheep for overnight – 7 hours walk – 5180 meters.

Today is a challenging day. We walk along the Khumbu Glacier and up to Everest Base Camp at 5365 m, the closest you can get to Mt. Everest without climbing equipment. The view of the Khumbu Icefall from Base Camp is spectacular. A steady way up permits us to build the slow, steady pace necessary when walking at high height. When we arrive at the moraines of Changri Nup Glacier, we make a sequence of small up and down walking over a unsteady track lined with cairns that shows the way ultimately to the unexpected glacial sands of Gorak Shep (5160m). And then, we consequently, head off towards the Everest Base Camp. We return back to Gorak Shep for the night.

Day 11
Hike up to kalapatthar (5555m) and trek to Dzongla (4620m)

Today is another difficult yet rewarding days of the trek. Most of morning in this day is spent climbing Mount. KalaPatthar (5545m) The climber gets the most magnificent mountain panorama: Everest, the highest point on the planet at 8848 meters, tower directly to the front and on all sides come into view, the other giants, Nuptse, Pumori, Chagatse, Lhotse and countless others. We make a quick descent to Gorak Shep, a tiny settlement at 5180 meters then trek down to Dzongla.

Day 12
Trek to Thangna (4650m) – 8 hours walk

On this day we will cross the iconic Chola Pass. This is the most challenging day of the trekking. It is usually the hardest as trekkers have to start the journey very early in the Morning. Seek out for the breathtaking scenery of mountains, moraines, glaciers, lakes and surrounding landscapes.

Day 13
Trek to Gokyo Village (4750 m) – 3hours walk

We will walk through the moraines and rocky trail towards the beautiful village of Gokyo located at the shores of Gokyo Lake and overlooking the snow capped mountains and hills.

Day 14
Extra explore day in Gokyo – better to reach fifth lake

We will stay a day in Gokyo Village. We will hike towards the Fourth and Fifth Lake. On the trail the scenery of the Mt. Everest is so spectacular including the sight of Mt. Choyou. We will also hike the Gokyo Ri (5484 ) on this day. The panoramic view of the mountains are splendid from the top of the hill.

Day 15
Trek down to Dole – 5 hours

we have to trek around 3 to 4 hours to reach at Dole. The way back is easier than ever. Throughout the way we can see beautiful mountains along with the beautiful creation of nature like stream and grassy land. We have to move gradually to reach to Dole. We spend the night at one of the lodge of Dole.

Day 16
Trek back to Namche bazaar – 5 hours

The trek from dole to Namche is mostly downhill. We can see the presence of outstanding flowers and animals. Similarly, the waterfalls are also at their best. After walking for around 4 to 5 hours, we can reach at Namche. We can take a hot shower at Namche and spend the night relaxing at one of the lodges.

Day 17
Trek back to Lukla

We have to follow the trail down to Dudh Koshi valley. We can have a fantastic last trek over to Lukla from Namche bazaar. We have to trek for about 7 to 8 hours where we can see many beautiful glimpses of natural mountains and vegetation. At Lukla, we are at the height of 2800m

Day 18
Fly back to Kathmandu and rest or shopping

we fly over to Kathmandu. We have to spend approximately one hour at plane. We will be at Kathmandu to have our lunch. During the flight, we can enjoy the beautiful sceneries of mountains throughout the way. After getting off from the plane, we can have a short visit to Kathmandu before our departure. Day 19
Fly back to home or final departure.
