We can see gigantic view of Ama Dablam and the track lines up to the upstream closer to Imja River quite pleasant up toward Imja valley. The trail at present show the way us to Dingboche the last Sherpa settlement with the stunning terraced field enveloped by stone wall to avoid barley, buckwheat and potatoes from the cold wind and grazing animals. We stay at hotel at night.

Day 7
Dingboche Acclimatization Day

Today, we trek to Dingboche. Dingboche is a fascinating jumble of small fields encircled by stone walls shielding the crops of barley and potatoes from the chilly winds. It is occupied mainly through the monsoon months, when big numbers of yaks are made to graze in the valley meadow. At the back of the lodge, the massive rock looks of Taweche look as if we are moving towards the heaven. Chukkung is another sensible option. The sights are unbelievable in this valley; the soaring south face of Lhotse to the north, Island Peak in the core of the valley and the fluted ice walls of nameless peaks is lined up in the southern end of the valley.

Day 8
Trek to Lobuche

On this day, we come up the small point behind the village above Pheriche Valley. At the top, Taweche and Cholatse (6440m) strikes us with its image which seems to slope frontward from across the valley in the west. To the north, Lobuche Peak (6119m) and the snowfields of Cho La is prominent. The walking is now by and large flat on wide-open fields, but make sure that you are well hydrated. Then, we cross the Khumbu Khola at Dughla (4620m) and take a light lunch at the foot of the huge terminal moraines of Khumbu Glacier. The incredible view of Pumori (7145m) and, across the border in Tibet, Changtse (7550m), are seen at the top of the valley at the same time Everest disappears behind the gigantic walls of Nuptse and Lhotse.

Day 9
Trek to Gorakshep; Trip of Everest Base Camp

Today is a challenging day. We walk along the Khumbu Glacier and up to Everest Base Camp at 5365 m, the closest you can get to Mt. Everest without climbing equipment. The view of the Khumbu Icefall from Base Camp is spectacular. A steady way up permits us to build the slow, steady pace necessary when walking at high height. When we arrive at the moraines of Changri Nup Glacier, we make a sequence of small up and down walking over a unsteady track lined with cairns that shows the way ultimately to the unexpected glacial sands of Gorak Shep (5160m). And then, we consequently, head off towards the Everest Base Camp. We return back to Gorak Shep for the night.
