Annapurna Base Camp Yoga Trek

Annapurna Base Camp Yoga Trek is undoubtedly the most needed holiday package nowadays. After lots of bio bubble during pandemic people need refreshment and healing. Therefore, Nepal Hiking Himalaya created the yoga trekking package.

The most amazing thing about the package is that it heals people. Spiritual healing and physical refreshment are much needed in today’s time. What better than the lofty Himalayan – Hilly Region of Annapurna region.

The yoga trek in Nepal is probably the most fruitful as it offers nature’s greatest allures. These attractions are essential for proper spiritual concentration. Just imagine! You are at the top of the hill overlooking snowcapped mountains. The cool mountain air kisses your cheek and you breathe the world’s freshest air ever. Annapurna Base Camp Yoga Trek is definitely worth everything. Moreover, post Covid the trip is going to be the healing therapy.

The journey of yoga in Base Camp is similar to regular trek route. However, during this trekking every evening and morning there will be Yoga sessions. In the trip the Yoga Instructor will also accompany along with the crew members.

Yoga in Mountains

Mountains of Annapurna region are sacred too. Locals worship some mountains as their deity. Therefore, the Vedic Yoga is absolutely compatible and fruitful on this location. As the sun kisses the tip of mountains and you are at the top of Poon Hill or Base Camp, the energy and vibes will ride high.

Annapurna Base Camp Yoga Trek itinerary is similar to ABC 14 Days trek. The accommodation and services are similar too. Some activities are adjusted to accommodate the quality yoga sessions.
