Detail Itinerary

Day 1
Arrival in Kathmandu

Our airport representative will receive you at the airport and transfer you at the hotel in Kathmandu. We will discuss the necessary details of the trip. We will clear all the formalities of the trip. Welcome dinner will be solved.

Day 2
Flight to Lukla; Altitude adjustment Trek to Chheplung

We will take the early morning flight to Lukla. After having short break and meeting the porters at Lukla we will start our adjustment trek to Chheplung and eventually head to Phakding for the overnight stay.

Day 3
Trek to Manjo 4 Hrs of Walking

We will walk gently after breakfast to Manjo from Phakding. The trail is beautiful with many suspension bridges. Green lush forests and small hamlets help you pass your time while walking. We will walk very gently therefore you can experience many things in detail. We will also walk through Sagarmatha National Park. This is the highest altitude located conservation area of the world. Overnight stay will be at Manjo.

Day 4
Trek to Namche Bazaar; 3-4 Hrs of Walking

Gently we will start to climb uphill to Namche Bazaar. On this day we will have the first glimpse of Mt. Everest. The town of Namche is very bustling and you can get lots of eateries and shops here. Stroll around the town in the evening. Overnight at Hotel in Namche Bazaar

Day 5
Acclimatization Hiking to Everest View Hotel

We will trek higher and sleep at the low altitude on this day. This is the best way to avoid the altitude sickness. We will hike to world's highest situated hotel the Everest View Hotel. The panorama of mountains on this day is splendid. Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Amadablam, Thamserku, Tabuche etc. are seen on this day. We will again hike back to hotel in Namche Bazaar.

Day 6
Trek to Phungi Thanga; 4 Hrs of walking

After breakfast we will walk uphill for a while and start to walk on flat trail on the ridge. In a very picturesque Kyanjuma we will take lunch and start walking downhill to Phungi Thanga. If our condition is okay we will walk uphill to Tengboche Monastery but for the better conditioning we will stay overnight at Phungi Thanga.

Day 7
Trek to diboche 3820m. (3 hour trek)

We will start walking uphill and reach the Tengboche for the lunch. We will also explore the monastery and spend quality time at this majestic place. We will have panoramic view of mountains as well vista of cascading hills on Namche side. Slowly we will walk downhill to Dibuche for the overnight stay.

Day 8
Trek to Somare 4010m (4 hour Trek)

We will cross the Imja River and upon crossing the ridge line we get into the Pangboche Valley. Lunch will be at this place which is at the crossroads to Amadablam and Everest. Gradually we will trek further and reach Somare for the overnight sleep.

Day 9
Trek to Dingboche 4410m (3 hour trek

We will now slowly enter towards less vegetation area. Dingboche is the last largest village/settlement on this trail. Stroll around the village in the evening. Overnight at Dingboche.

Day 10
Trek to Dugla 4610m (3/4 hour Trek)

Slowly we will walk on the ridge line to Dugla. The distance between Dingboche and Dugla is very less but we have to very careful from this day onward. Thin air and scarce vegetation make it difficult to breathe for some. We will do gradual ascent and stay at Dugla which is at the foothill of Dugla Pass on the bank of river.

Day 11
Trek to Labuche 4940m (4 hour trek)

We will have to walk very gently on this phase. The trail is uphill for about one hour. We will visit the memorial of climbers who lost their lives while climbing Mt. Everest at the pass. Walking through the stream we will finally reach Lobuche.

Day 12
Trek to Gorakshep (5164m) 4 hour trek)

We will trek through moraines and glaciers on this day. The trail is rugged and we will have to take the gradual walk up to Gorakshep. This is the last teahouse place on the EBC trail. We will stay overnight at Gorakshep eagerly waiting to visit Everest Base Camp next day.

Day 13
Everest Base Camp and back to Gorakshep (4 hour ) lunch back to Labuche (2 hour)

Early in the morning after breakfast we will head to Everest Base Camp. Once we reach at the base camp we will collect various memories. The scenery of mountains look spectacular and gigantic. We will return back to Gorakshep and have lunch then walk back to Lobuche.

Day 14
Trek to Somare ( 5 hour Trek )

We will take the route of Pheriche to return back to Somare.

Day 15
Trek to Kanjuma (3600m) 5 /6hour trek

We will reroute back to Kanjuma via Tengboche and Phungi Thanga. The return trip is always blissful with lots of memories of successful Everest Base Camp trip.

Day 16
Trek back to Monjo ( 5 hour)

After lunch at Namche we will walk downhill to Monjo.

Day 17
Trek back to Lukla (5 hour )

We will take the Phakding route back to Lukla and enjoy the evening with trekking crew members.

Day 18
Flight to Kathmandu

We will take the flight back to Kathmandu and you will taken to hotel in Kathmandu. If you would like the agency will take you massage and retreat center. The Farewell Dinner will be organized by the agency.

Day 19
Departure

Our airport representative and guide will escort you to airport for the final departure.
