Nepal Trekking and Tour Package August 24, 2019

Nepal Trekking and Tour Package is unique way to explore Nepal’s most attractive places. Trek and Tour is the new way of doing holiday in Nepal.

Day 1: Arrival

Agency representative will receive you at the airport and transfer to the hotel in Thamel or any Hotel within Kathmandu. The hotel category is 3 Star or more. All the trip details will be discussed. The welcome dinner will be organized by the agency.

Day 2: Fly to Pokhara; Drive to Hille; Trek to Ulleri

Early in the morning the blissful flight will take us to Pokhara. The mountains vistas from the plane are spectacular. We will meet the other crew members at Pokhara and start our journey towards Hille on a jeep. From Hille we will walk towards Ulleri. This is the first day of trekking as you will have to walk for at least 2 hours. Overnight at Teahouse

Day 3: Trek to Ghorepani (6-7 Hours)

We will walk through terraced farmland and Ulleri Village towards Ghorepani. The trail is full of green lush forests and cool swift stream. The chirping sound of birds and the fresh mountain air definitely relieve everyone from the pain of walking uphill. Once we are at the top of the Ghorepani Hill the panoramic view of the mountain welcome delightfully. The serene mountain vista is the major highlight of the place. It is undoubtedly the most astonishing day of the trip. Overnight at Tea House

Day 4: Poon Hill hike for Sunrise View; Trek to Tadapani

Early in the morning we will hike to Poon Hill (3210 m) for the sunrise view. The views of the mountains (Annapurna Range, Dhaulagiri, Machhapuchhre, Gangapurna etc.) are spectacular. The sun rays kissing the tip of the mountain and lighting the entire surrounding is definitely the sight to behold. After breakfast we will then set towards Tadapani. The trail consists of the uphill and downhill through green lush forests. Overnight at Teahouse

Day 5: Trek to Ghandruk

We will trek downhill towards Nepal’s beautiful Gurung Village the Ghandruk. Stroll around this magnificent village in the evening. One can observe the culture of Gurung, Magar, Dalits and Brahmin – Chhetris. We will also observe the cultural program before dinner. Listen to the old tales of the village. This is the last day of trekking. From tomorrow onwards we will be doing the road trips. Overnight at Teahouse

Day 6: Drive to Pokhara; Mountain Museum Visit, Bat Cave & Mahendra Cave Sightseeing

We will take the jeep to Pokhara after breakfast. It takes about 2 hours to reach Pokhara. On this day we will visit the Mahendra Cave and Bat Cave on the way. These two caves are the most popular caves of Pokhara. Among these two caves Bat Cave is the most adventurous and spacious too. It is the home of thousands of bats. We will also visit the Mountain Museum on this day. The museum is home to many mountaineering equipments and tools. One can find the traditional and rare Himalayan lifestyle objects. In evening, stroll around the lakeside area and witness the clamor of the city. There are numerous shops, eateries and bars. Overnight at Hotel

Day 7: Paragliding, Boating and Pokhara Sightseeing

We will start the day with spectacular paragliding from the Sarangkot towards Phewa Lake. It is one of the most amusing adventure sport activity to do in Pokhara. You can do para – hawking as well. The bird eye view of the valley is truly blissful.

After paragliding we will have lunch and start the boating. The sight of the mountains mirrored on the lake is picturesque. We will boat around the Tal Barahi Temple and head towards the other side of the lake. Again we will hike to Peace Pagoda.

The place is an ideal vantage point. The tranquil hill top is famous for mountain vista, pokhara valley view and meditation. We will then take the vehicle to Davis Falls and Gupteshwor Cave. Davis Falls is mysterious waterfall in which the water vanishes into the ground once it touches the floor. Gupteshwor Cave is another interesting cave of Pokhara from where one can see the top view of the waterfall.

Day 8: Drive to Chitwan; Jeep Jungle Safari; Tharu Community Visit; Cultural Program

Nepal is truly unique. We will take about 2.5 hours of drive to reach the subtropical flatland Terai belt of Nepal from hilly valley. Chitwan is another popular touristic destination of Nepal. After checking in at the hotel we will head for the jeep jungle safari. The park is home of numerous endangered species of animals like one horned rhino, royal Bengal tiger, crocodile, wild elephants, deer, boar and numerous birds.

We will visit the ethnic aborigines of the region the Tharu Community. They have their own culture and traditions. We will participate in the staged cultural program as well before dinner. The cool evening on the beach of Narayani River gazing at the setting sun is truly remarkable. Overnight at Hotel

Day 9: Bird Watching; Elephant Ride & Bathing, Crocodile Breeding Center and CG Shanti Dham Sightseeing

Early in the morning we will hire the expert bird watching guide. There are numerous species of local birds and migrating birds in the park. The place is perfect for the vegetation research, insects, butterflies and shrubs as well.

The elephant ride and bathing is interesting thing to do in Chitwan. Take a dip into the river along with the gigantic elephant. Playing in water with the animal helps you get refreshed. Relish the moment together with this gigantic beast. Visit the crocodile breeding center as well. Finally we will visit the new attraction of Chitwan the Shanti Dham Temple. Overnight at Hotel

Day 10: Fly to Kathmandu; Drive to Nagarkot

We will take the flight to Kathmandu and straight head to Nagarkot from Airport. This is the most famous nearby hill station from the Kathmandu Valley. One can get the outstanding panoramic view of mountains from the top of the Nagarkot. Stroll around the town and also visit the home stay village nearby.

Day 11: Sunrise View; Drive to Bhaktapur for Sightseeing; Drive to Thamel; Farewell Cultural Dinner

Early in the morning we will wake up for the sunrise. This is the most popular activity of Nagarkot as lots of people find it the most engaging. After breakfast we will head towards Bhaktapur Durbar Square. This is the UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE. It is completely unique Newar City. One can find centuries old temples, statues, palaces and squares.

Dattratraye Square, Bhadgaon Square, Pottery Square and Nyatapola Temple Square are major places to visit within the Durbar Square. 55 Window Durbar, Golden Door, Siddha Pokhari, Pottery Factory, Museum etc. are major attractions. We will try the famous JUJU DHAU (Sweet Yoghurt) of Bhaktapur.

We will then finish our tour in Kathmandu. The agency will organize the farewell dinner with cultural program in Nepalese restaurant.

Day 12: Departure

Our agency representative will bid you farewell at Nepal Airport.
